An ideal addition to a commercial fleet as a mother ship, research, dive, or offshore charter vessel. Outstanding Japanese design with her massive sheerline and broad utility decks. Vessel has undergone a major conversion on arrival in Australia in 2003 by marine architect, Phil Curran and De Groot Engineering.All of the original superstructure was gutted and rebuilt to a new Curran design from the lower deck up. Incorporating a new alloy upper bridge steering station, new wheelhouse, full aft decking accommodating tender, life raft etc. Below deck accommodation refurbished at the same time.
